Maikel José Seco (Maikel El Seco), negative leader of a criminal group, was killed during a confrontation that occurred yesterday in the San Pablo Valley urbanization, El Oasis sector, 3rd street, Libertador municipality (Tocuyito), Carabobo, according to police sources.
The site was attended by agents attached to the Directorate against Organized Crime of the Bolivarian National Police who confronted the criminal group. Along with Maikel El Seco, another subject yet to be identified was killed.
At the site, officials collected two pistols: a Glock 17 9x19mm caliber, with a charger containing twelve ammunition inside, and another PT 609 Pro 9×13mm.
Maikel El Seco presented eight arrest warrants and six that have not yet been charged to the judicial system, for kidnapping, homicide, rape and extortion. Such files made him the most wanted subject in Carabobo, a source explained.
The police commission is still deployed in Tocuyito.
Murdered a worker in Petare
In another case, a construction worker, identified as Luis José Brito (28), was killed with eight shots, according to police reports.
The homicide occurred on Saturday afternoon in the La Invasión sector, Petare, Miranda state. Brito was imprisoned in the Carabobo Penitentiary Center, located in Tocuyito and was released four months ago. He left behind a five-year-old girl.
