Maduro explained the use of Artificial Intelligence in the cyber-fascist coup d’état against Venezuela carried out after the presidential elections on July 28.
“Venezuela won an election and defeated a cyberfascist coup d’état. They were two associated victories, during a coup d’état that lasted for 2 years (2023-2024),” highlighted the President.
“Now I understand more what the process of the cyberfascist coup that they tried to carry out on July 27, 28, 29 and 30 was like. How they apply artificial intelligence to attack countries, in a special way, by sectors, they attacked the heads of Electoral Centers, family by family, the leaders of Community Councils. They carried out this cyber-fascist war through WhatsApp, but they couldn’t defeat us,” he denounced.
He commented on how they infected society in segments and how they applied artificial intelligence to attack countries. “They attacked the heads of the UBCH and the leaders of the communal councils, they threatened them, they received threatening messages through WhatsApp, that entire database was used for the coup.”
Maduro assures that it was a “tremendous operation”, to which was added the campaign “to infect the Venezuelan opposition electorate with hatred, delirium of death and violence”.
“This was combined on the ground with a pact with criminal gangs, many brought from abroad on humanitarian flights that were enabled to repatriate compatriots, they were trained in Texas, Peru and Chile,” he said.
After greeting the ambassadors present during the 69th broadcast of his weekly program Con Maduro+, he warned the people not to believe in the “diplomacy of imperialism’s deception.”
“Imperialism does not change its diplomacy of deception. “They are always seeing how they divide us politically, seeing where they have the opportunity to make a color revolution, as they are trying to do in Georgia, as they did in Ukraine, to position countries that are enemies of Russia on the border,” he expressed.
“The defense of Venezuela is the defense of the right of the peoples of the South to the future, hope, freedom and independence,” added Maduro.

“They failed again, the people were stronger than the so-called imbecile of fascism, they failed again and they don’t know how to say it,” said Maduro regarding the call made by the opposition member María Corina Machado, for a “massive” rally to take place last Sunday. .
“There is no better way to defeat fascism and megalomaniacal delirium here in Venezuela other than with drums, life, culture and the joy of the people. Between caravans and drums, and marching, we will earn the right to joy and peace and we will continue building our own model, there is no communicational colonialism that can with the strength that the people of Venezuela have today,” Maduro stated.
