This was stated by the first national leader this Monday during the inauguration of the extreme skating park “Alí Primera” located in the homonymous park in the Sucre parish of Caracas.
“We are going to put ourselves in a position to recover everything, and to provide spaces for recreation and culture” to the youth, he pointed out.
