Maduro: I will not hesitate to call the people to another revolution

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said he is willing to call the people to another revolution, with other characteristics, he said this Wednesday from the Miraflores Palace where he gave a press conference with international correspondents.

“I will not hesitate to call the people to another revolution, with new characteristics, because Venezuela will not fall into the hands of fascism,” he said.

He stressed that Venezuela has the right to develop an independent and sovereign project, in the face of attacks by international media and agencies that seek to provoke a civil war in the country.

The president warned that there is a campaign against Venezuela in the international media, with which “they want to justify a military intervention in Venezuela again, sanctions and violence” and invited the media correspondents to “touch their hearts” and asked them: “Why do you want to put Venezuela in a civil war again? Why this attack against Venezuela? What has Venezuela done against you?”

“I am not afraid of your lies. I have come to confront them with the truth. I am not a CIA agent, I will never lend myself to work in foreign intelligence to go against my country. I am simply Nicolás Maduro. I act with love, I am a warrior of love,” he emphasized.

He denounced that social media is in the hands of imperialism and only shows what suits them, seeking an intervention in the country. “We will not allow it,” he insisted.

He also stated that the group of far-right leaders he called “The Fascist International,” made up of Novoa, Boric, Bukele, Milei Vox and the “Colombian drug traffickers” Uribe and Duque, “are coming for the jewel in the crown: the Bolivarian Revolution.”
