Their long training, first as enthusiastic supporters of the hub, unjust and decrepit established system, and later as bitter critics of what scares them, provided them with the blackboard of their shared insights. And there they have remained as petrified, but with the shield of a long chain of terrible condemnations and coming misfortunes of their own invention. There will be no recomposition or truce possible. It will go to the very end without remedies or cure, healing the fears that the rabid populace instills in them.
