Juan Ramón Lira swore like new in replacement of who resigned from the position of the sector after the plenary session of Congress approved the motion of censure against him.

Currently, Lira works as general director of Fundamental Rights and Safety and Health at Work, of the Ministry of Labor.

According to the Registry of Visits of the Transparency Portal of the Presidency of the Republic, President Pedro Castillo met this Sunday, May 29, with Betssy Chávez in his office at the Government Palace, between 8:20 a.m. and 9:14 a.m. That same time, the visit of Juan Ramón Lira Loayza to the presidential office was also recorded.

The latter currently serves as Director of the General Directorate of Fundamental Rights and Safety and Health at Work, of the Ministry of Labor and was sworn in tonight as Chavez’s replacement.
