Just one day to take office as president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro announced who will be in charge of leading the portfolio of Mines and Energy.
The announcement was made through his Twitter account, where he not only gave the name of Irene Velezbut also communicated the names of some ministries for which there was no official name.
