The Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) installed a second technical table, with judges from the courts of first instance in control functions, hearings and courts of appeals from different Judicial Circuits with jurisdiction over Crimes of Violence Against Women , at the national level.
The activity, which seeks to guarantee due process and the people’s access to justice, is part of the policies promoted by the president of the highest court, Gladys María Gutiérrez Alvarado, in protection and defense of women’s rights, reported a note from entity press.
The meeting was held in the Electronic Hearing Room of the high court, and included the participation of judges from the courts of first instance in control functions, hearings and appeals courts, from different Judicial Circuits.
During this day, various advances and evaluations that are being developed were announced, as part of the Gender Justice Optimization Plan, in order to contribute to the prevention and eradication of violence against women, in the national territory.
