Robles Berlanga is accused of improper exercise of public service in her modality of omission, because as Secretary of Urban Development (Sedatu) and Social Development (Sedesol) in the six-year term of Enrique Peña Nieto, she would have known of millionaire diversions for more than 5,073 million of pesos, without informing his hierarchical superior, the head of the federal Executive.
Those irregularities of which he was allegedly aware are those related to the plot known as the “Master Scam”, a scheme that would have been used in the Peña Nieto government for the diversion of public resources.
