The Primary Attention Section of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, represented by prosecutors Adela Cedeño and Karenina De León, appealed precautionary measures of home deposit and notification, granted by Judge Oris Medina imposed on two adults for the crimes of theft and damage.
The measures imposed will be in force while the investigations of the Public Ministry last.
In the hearing of guarantees, the legalization of the apprehension and the imputation of charges were achieved for these people who were involved in the robbery of a patrol car in the past demonstrations on July 11 on the Transístmica highway.
These people were apprehended on August 9, 2022, in a search proceeding, in coordination with the National Police and the Judicial Investigation Directorate, in Viejo Veranillo.
