The events occurred in 2023, when Domingo Borges entered the house of the victim, aged 15, and took advantage of her.
Domingo Antonio Borges Conde, 49 years old, was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison for his responsibility in the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old teenager, an event that occurred in the Pantano Arriba sector, located in the San Gabriel parish, belonging to the Miranda municipality in Falcón.
The authorities explained that on December 8, 2023, Borges Conde entered the victim’s house to look for water. To do this, he notified the young woman’s grandfather, who was outside the home while painting the exterior of the house.
Once there, he entered the room where the young woman was, covered her mouth and touched her private parts while the victim struggled. The victim’s sister inquired about what had happened and learned that Borges Conde had abused her.
The lady went to the Cicpc headquarters to file a complaint against Borges Conde, who was arrested the next day to be placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry.
