What does the charge consist of?
Henderson explained that the decision to appoint a security manager began with ASSE’s Cerro Coordinated Center “which receives 1,300 gunshot wounds” a year, that is, about “three shots per day”; in addition to “other types of traumatisms”.
When there are “clashes between bars”, in different centers, but for example in the Hill, “relatives or friends of those wounded by bullets come from both sides” and “problems often arise in those places”Henderson noted.
“We determined that for give users greater security We officials already have to have someone who understands the security issue to help us with that. The request that I made to Minister Heber is that we needed the ministry to take the reins of the matter,” continuous.
“The minister determined in the first place that there was a reinforcement in the guard of the hospital of the Cerrobut we also coordinated with him a person who had the position of security manager, who was not only for Cerro, but also encompasses all that is the metropolitan area”, held.
Larrosa is in “direct contact” with the general management of ASSE from where they tell him what problems there are so that he “goes to those places to find the best solution professionally speaking.”
“For example, he is working at the Maciel Hospital,” Henderson said. “It was the first request we made of him with some security problems not only at the hospital but also in the hospital environment,” added.
