A criminal group robs passers-by who usually move along the Intercomunal avenue of El Valle, Libertador municipality, Caracas, neighbors denounce.
The subjects are normally under the influence of narcotic substances and have as their center of operations the island of Intercomunal Avenue in front of the El Valle station of the Caracas Metro, a few steps from a Police Coordination Center.
This group of people (men and women) use the exit from the parking lot of the Don Pedro Residential Complex to surprise passers-by and attack them with knives with the purpose of depriving them of their property, according to testimonies.
Precisely on the morning of this Friday, the criminals attacked an elderly worker, who was stabbed in various parts of his body. The victim carries out cleaning tasks in the aforementioned residential parking lot. Neighbors transferred him to the Hospital Periférico de Coche.
Residents commented that for a long time they denounced the presence of this criminal group that is concentrated in the Intercommunal del Valle as well as another that comes from the Las Malvinas neighborhood, who use facsimiles of firearms.
