Former Uruguayan consul in Moscow, Stefano Di Conza, was charged by Fossati

The Uruguayan ex-consul in Moscow, Stefano Di Conza, is being investigated for at least 14 crimes of repeated fraud, in concurrence outside of real reiteration, based on assumption of marital status, and the prosecutor Grabiela Fossati, who is handling the case of Alejandro Astesiano, I would be convinced that I would join this criminal organization.

Astesiano and the layers of his case
