“We demand of congressmen with firm ideas of freedom and democracy that they lay down any personal or group interest and think of Peru by proposing the most suitable person to preside over this fundamental power of the State,” he indicates.

Why was Lady Camones censored?

With 61 votes in favor, 47 against and 5 abstentions, the motion presented by various pro-government parliamentary benches to remove from the presidency of the Board of Directors the person who had been elected as successor to María del Carmen Alva on July 26 was approved.

In the first report on these audios, Acuña Peralta is heard pressuring Lady Camones and other members of APP to expedite the approval of the bill sent by the Executive to create the Alto Trujillo district.

As part of this conversation, Lady Camones is heard backing the idea of ​​the project in favor of Alto Trujillo, even setting aside an agreement she had previously had with Congressman Carlos Anderson on the Chavimochic project.

Acuña, Camones and the vacancy

The second report of Epicentro TV, broadcast on Saturday, September 3, contains more audios where César Acuña, Lady Camones and other APP congressmen are in favor of the presidential vacancy against Pedro Castillo instead of the advancement of elections that people like Keiko Fujimori.

Lady Camones also joins the support in favor of the vacancy motion that, to date, has been promoted by the non-grouped Edward Málaga.

“The closest solution is not the advancement of elections, because in a month or two, Castillo falls and, with him, suddenly, we fall. So, we have to be responsible in that sense.
