Fire at the TSJE: Prosecutor's Office does not know if it will be able to recover the closed circuit

Giovanni Grisetti, prosecutor in charge of the investigation of the fire in the Superior Court of Electoral Justice (TSJE), stated at a press conference that they found the support where the closed-circuit equipment would be. But he pointed out that they removed only the RAM support without the disk. “We cannot say if it burned. We had to remove it immediately since the structure fell on one of the agents. Right now we do not have an accurate reason why the incident occurred. We are dividing ourselves into various work teams,” he explained.

He explained that there is a high danger to work in the place, so they are under constant risk. “We are subject to the indications of the volunteer firefighters. When the fire department reauthorizes us to access, we will try to do a second search, ”she mentioned.

He argued at another time that they will have a recess due to the danger of the place. And that they will wait for the experts to collect all the elements they need. “At the end of these tasks, it will return. On the voting machines we have not yet carried out an inspection, we only carry out the search, discovery and removal of the closed circuit, ”he commented.
