staff of the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) dismantled a camp of mining illegal in the Yapacana National Park, in the state of Amazonas, with implements and tools used for environmental destruction.
The information was released by the head of the FANB Strategic Operational Command (FANB), who through his account on the social network Twitter, specified that during the operation in the camp they were found: six cylinder engines, nine motorcycle pumps , 250 meters of high pressure hose, percussion hammer and other materials for environmental destruction.
“In the Yapacana National Park, #FANB dismantles illegal mining camp with 6 4-cylinder engines, 9 motorcycle pumps, 250 meters of high-pressure hose, percussion hammer and other materials for environmental destruction”, the Chief of Ceofanb published on Twitter.
Hernández Lárez ratified that the FANB will destroy all illegal criminal group structures that violate the legal system regarding the defense of the country’s natural reserves.
“One by one, the camps of criminal groups that violate the law and disrespect territorial ordering in the national parks of the Amazonas and Bolívar states will be razed,” he said on the social network.
He stressed that Venezuela is a zone of peace and the military will protect its national sovereignty.
Finding of human remains
On the other hand, the head of Ceofanb, Domingo Hernández Lárez, indicated that during a security patrol in the El Cacho sector of the Sifontes municipality, in Bolívar, human remains were located in a grave.
The human remains were found in a camp that had previously been dismantled by the military, belonging to the Structured Group for Organized Crime (GEDO) called “El Run.”
The case was brought to the order of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC) in Tumeremo, for the corresponding investigation, added Hernández Lárez.
“In Bolívar, Sifontes municipality, in the El Cacho sector, during security patrols near a dismantled camp belonging to the #gedo “El Run”, HUMAN REMAINS were located in the grave, the case being placed at or from the #cicpc Tumeremo for the survey and investigation, “said the publication on Twitter.
FANB guarantor of the defense of the nation
Given the actions of the FANB, the head of the Ceofanb, Domingo Hernández Lárez, praised the work of the troops who continue to patrol the states of the country, to guarantee the sovereignty and defense of the country.
Likewise, Hernández Lárez has reiterated that the members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces will continue deployed in the different states of the national territory, in the fight against drug trafficking groups Tancol; gangs dedicated to illegal mining, extortion, and illegal takeovers of strategic facilities.
