Euclides Acevedo, presidential candidate for the opposition for the “New Republic” party, pointed out that with the disqualifications, they only want him not to be part of the National Coalition.
“There are some who say that I don’t have a membership from a neighborhood commission, so why do they want me in? Our proposal for a new republic is based on popular contact. In contact with the people, who seek to overcome inequality with concrete proposals”, she stated.
He stated that he is clear about the objective and that he will not give up despite the negative comments.
“The new republic is built by everyone. Therefore, we are going to have candidates for governors in all the departments”, he pointed out.
