According to the epidemiological report distributed by the Departmental Health Directorate (DDS), in the period from 07/24/2022 to 07/30/2022, 1,925 new cases and 10 deaths with a positive result for COVID-19 were detected in the country.
From the start of the pandemic to 07/30/2022 there are 971,728 cases and 7,415 deaths with a positive result for COVID-19. The active cases until 07/30/2022 are 1,768.
During the week, a total of 18,412 tests were carried out and the percentage of positive cases was 10.5%. As of 07/30/2022, there are 3.9% of ICU beds occupied by COVID-19.
To date, 5 people are hospitalized with positive COVID-19 in the department: 4 in the public provider room and 1 in the public provider CTI.
