This Thursday the award ceremony was held where the best Uruguayan companies to work for were highlighted. In its 2023 edition, Great Place to Work® recognized Deloitte at the position number 4 of the ranking, among the 15 companies that make up the category of more than 301 employees.
Lucía Muñoz, lead partner of Human Capital Consulting, and Daniel Re, lead partner of Audit & Assurance, were present at the event and received recognition on behalf of the entire Deloitte UY team. Both highlighted the importance of this distinction, since it shows the impact that their talent policies generate in the organization.

According to the information obtained by GPTW, the feedback from Deloitte employees indicates that 89% think that this is an excellent place to work, compared to 60% of the employees of the companies in the market.
