Four individuals who belonged to criminal organizations were killed during clashes, according to military sources.
Two of those killed were members of the El Yiyi band, specialized in kidnapping and extortion. These subjects confronted the military in the El Carmelo sector, La Cañada de Urdaneta, Zulia. They were identified as Samuel Jesús Guerrero Moreno (El Menor) and José Miguel Urdaneta Medina (El José), who possessed a 7.65 mm Browning pistol and a .38 Jaguar revolver.
Another confrontation took place in Morón (Carabobo) where José González (El Caracas), a member of the Maikel Seco criminal group. The subject activated a 7.65 mm pistol.
And in Ciudad Guayana (Bolívar), Polinacional agents shot down alias Tito Fino, one of the leaders of the Train of Peru, which operates in the Caroní municipality.
