The body of Francisco Rolon Castillo (55) was located inside his home located in the Brisas del Ávila neighborhood, Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho highway, Sucre municipality (Miranda), according to police reports.
The body was in an advanced state of decomposition, a situation that alerted his neighbors who informed the police authorities.
Apparently, the body had 15 days inside the residence. And since the police did not respond to the call of the neighbors, they decided on Sunday to block the highway, a protest that was dissolved by traffic agents of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).
That Sunday, Pedro Antonio Ortiz Ahumada, a cousin of the deceased, went to the house and opened the house and found Francisco’s body. Cicpc officials lifted the body and took it to the Bello Monte morgue.
