Congress: Alliance for Progress Bench thanks Gladys Echaíz and Héctor Acuña after resignations

The bench of Alliance for Progress (APP) spoke after the resignations of Héctor Acuña and Gladys Echaíz, and thanked the work of both for almost 12 months.
