On the morning of this Tuesday, June 27, the National Police proceeded to evict the people who had invaded several hectares of private land in Finca Changuinola, Bocas del Toro.
Due to this eviction, people closed the street and threw objects at the police. Crowd control units arrived at the scene and clashes began in the streets.
The Ombudsman, Eduardo Leblanc, who is in the place, called for calm and for the confrontations to cease so that Changuinola returns to normality.
