Chile expels 53 foreigners, including Bolivian citizens

The National Migration Service of Chile reported that 53 people of foreign nationality were expelled on a charter flight that left his country on Friday bound for Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia.

He director of Migrations of Chile, Luis Thayer, specified that 19 cases correspond to administrative expulsions, “the vast majority of them due to irregular entry.” While the others 34 people were expelled for judicial reasons.

“They are people who have committed crimes in our country, such as robbery with intimidation, kidnapping, robbery with violence and sexual abuse”justified the official.

According to a publication by adnradio.cl, “four are Ecuadorians, nine bolivianos and 40 Colombians.”
