Catacora Maple: "They are not going to paint Santa Cruz green because the works come in blue"

The President Luis Arce Catacora added a new controversy to the history of his discursive line. In a ceremony held over the weekend in the municipality of Cotoca, the highest authority of the State stated that the works were painted blue for Santa Cruz.

“The works for Santa will arrive blue, they will not be able to paint it green, we will paint Santa Cruz blue“, said Arce Catacora during his speech.

The president made reference to these colors that represent the Movement Toward Socialism (MAS). Nevertheless, the resources come from the General Treasury of the Nation (TGN), as indicated by the authority itself.

During the presentation, in which the followers of masismo were present, the president delivered works for the educational sector valued at more than Bs 16 million. He said that the fundamental objective is to improve education in the country. Among the noteworthy, a laboratory for an educational unit was also delivered.

It is not the first time that Arce Catacora points out that the works are painted blue. In July 2021, in an act held in the Yungas, he also pointed out: “If the Yungas have been painted blue, the works will come blue.”

On that occasion, the authority was criticized for having conditioned the projects and investments for that region of La Paz.
