Former state governor Miranda Henrique Capriles highlighted that he is not currently campaigning for a possible candidacy for the primary elections in Primero Justicia –as Carlos Ocariz already did when registering as a candidate–, but he does believe that no one should condition the Commission’s actions National Primary School to influence the process.
