First, the signature of Rosa Mabel Capli appears. It won a total of six tenders in six different governorates. These are; Guairá, Itapúa, Misiones, Paraguarí, Canindeyú and Presidente Hayes. She won four of them with her own company, while she obtained Canindeyú and Itapúa through the El Colono Consortium. In second place is the Consorcio del Norte, a group made up of Leopoldo Fabio Speranza Jara and Servicios Generales y Productos del Paraguay. It obtained two tenders awarded. These are the governorates of Amambay and San Pedro. The total value of both calls adds up; G. 56,000 million (US$ 8 million).
In third place, Ladero Paraguayo appears. This firm has three of the latest awards; Concepción, Caaguazú and part of the Central lot. In total sum; G. 43,000 million (US$ 6.1 million).
In fourth and fifth place are the Colonias Unidas and Chortitzer cooperatives. Both were left with a lot from the Central tender. The first for G. 32,600 million (US$ 4.7 million) and the second for G. 32,200 million (US$ 4.6 million).
In sixth place appears the signature of Marco Manuel Domínguez who won three calls. These are the governorates of Caazapá, a lot of Paraguarí and a lot of Central. The total value is G. 31,000 million (US$ 4.4 million).
In seventh place is Grupo Altair SA It obtained two calls; Alto Paraguay and a batch of Boquerón. The total of both calls amounts to G. 14,000 million (US$ 2 million).
Villa Madrid was in eighth place with G. 12,000 million (US$ 1.7 million). He won a lot in Central and a lot in Boquerón.
In ninth place was the company Fitra SRL. It won the entire lot in the government of Cordillera for G. 10,000 million.
Finally, in tenth place is the firm of Édgar Daniel Núñez who won the entire lot in the government of Ñeembucú for G. 9,000 million.
QUESTIONED
