The pandemic does not subside on Christmas Eve. This Friday, Bolivia reported 2,129 new cases of coronavirus and 14 deaths.

Santa Cruz is the most affected region and this Friday it registered 1,279 infections.

For its part, Cochabamba added 217 infected; La Paz, 235; Chuquisaca, 91; Tarija, 166; Potosí, 16; Oruro, 62; Beni, 21 and Pando, 42.

The Epidemiological Report 649 of this day shows that 1,492 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged, reads an institutional bulletin.

Likewise, the country this Friday surpassed the 9.5 million doses injected into its vaccinable population.
