The Barcelona team (Spain) made history this Friday (22). The Catalonia team defeated Wolfsburg (Germany) 5-1 at the Camp Nou stadium in the first leg of the semi-finals of the women’s version of the Champions League in front of 91,648 people, the largest audience in the history of a women’s football match.

This is the second time in the season that the Spanish team has broken this record, as at the end of March had taken 91,553 people to the Camp Nou for the 5-2 victory over Real Madrid (Spain)also by the Champions League.
The victory, which left Barcelona very close to the final of the main club competition on the Old Continent, was built with goals from Aitana, Hansen, Hermoso and the best in the world Alexia Putellas (two). The Germans took it out on Roord.

The teams will face each other again on April 30th in Germany to define who gets the spot in the big decision.
