Banco BHD León will finance a hotel with US$56.8M

The BHD Leon Bank announced the financing Crespi García Group for US$56.8 million for the remodeling of your tourist complex Natura Park Beach Eco Resort & Spaa project that promotes ecological tourism, located in Cabeza de Toro, Punta Cana.

This financial facility is part of the corporate and business program executed by the entity in support of the economic development of the country through the promotion of projects in the tourism sector.

Luis Molina MariñezSenior Vice President of Corporate and Business Banking of Banco BHD León, stated that “these funds that we grant as financing to the Crespi García Group represent the responsibility that we have as a financial entity to support the projects that develop tourism in our country, while that we promote human progress, both for our people through the generation of jobs, and with the creation of well-being for those who enjoy our half-island as a tourist destination.”

The operations of the already remodeled hotel will begin end of 2022 and will generate more than 2,000 direct and indirect jobs.

The new Dreams Flora will feature a modern convention center, a water park, an international-class spa and restaurant alternatives, in addition to 494 expanded rooms and fully renovated common spaces.
