SANTIAGO. A psychiatrist from this city warned that crime and violence should be approached from a sociological point of view and mental health in general, although he assures that there may be causes in the family, social environment or within the State.
Dr. Francisco Ángeles said that only with the power of hope and faith can crime and violence be defeated without forgetting that these are generators of anxiety, depression and stress and where the family, justice and the State must intervene because they are the entities called to regularize the injustices that lead to committing such acts.
The specialist in Psychiatry and Geriatrics, Complutense University, when analyzing violence and crime, maintains that currently, both in the media and in general there are many statements related to the subject, but those who want to know more should take Sigmund Freud.

He recalled that Freud is the most prolific of the philosophers of human behavior to the point that he is considered the father of modern Psychology and Psychiatry and especially for being the founder of Psychoanalysis, who studied the subject in depth due to living in a hostile environment. .
