The head of the Council of Ministers, Aníbal Torres, referred to the thought of the German economist Karl Marx In reference to communism and pointed out that, despite the mistakes he may have made, there is still “a lot to learn” from him.
“(Communism) was a dream of Karl Marx, but he was wrong. That’s impossible. But I don’t want to say that she was wrong about everything because there is much to learn from Karl Marx as well as from the ultraliberals. You have to learn the good”, he declared.
Indeed, during a press conference from Cusco, Hannibal Torres mentioned that still there is a sector that considers the Government of the President of the Republic, Pedro CastilloWhat communist and marxist. However, he stressed that this would be just an invention of his opponents.

“But we are not communists. Precisely those parties that think they are intellectuals in Peru, that ignore what communism is, speak of communists,” the prime minister said.
On the other hand, Torres described as “malicious” the publications made in the media about his praise last Thursday, April 7, in Huancayo, to former Nazi dictator Adolf Hitlerby assuring that during his mandate there was a great growth in Germany.

What I stated is that there is no absolutely good human being or absolutely bad human being. I put as an example the case of Adolf Hitler that filled Germany with roads (…). But that very hurt press attacks me day and night because it says that I have praised Hitler. The ignorance!”, he asserted.
