In this line, the parliamentarians will ask Torres for explanations so that he responds for his statements in which he called on social organizations to protest against the opposition of Congress for criticism of the Government of Pedro Castillo.
The other item on the agenda is due to the interpellation motion against Minister Geiner Alvarado, an initiative promoted by the Avanza País caucus. Among the arguments, the opposition sector questions the now head of the MTC for allegedly integrating a criminal organization with President Pedro Castillo when he served as Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation.
The criticism of the bench is due to the hypothesis of the Prosecutor’s Office that has been investigating the works of Supreme Decree 102-2021 that the Executive Power approved in favor of the municipality of Anguía, and that would have benefited the family environment of the first lady, Lilia Walls.
