Amalia Moreno was replaced as director of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes by Robert López

The Executive Branch appointed Robert López López as the new executive director of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, replacing Amalia Moreno Vizcardo, who has held that position since October 2019.

Through published in the Legal Norms Bulletin of the newspaper El Peruano, the appointment of Moreno Vizcardo as head of said body is concluded and thanks are extended to him for the services rendered.

Amalia Moreno has held the position since October 30, 2019. Previously, she held a position at the Supervisory Body for State Procurement (OSCE).

Meanwhile, the new director of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, Robert López Lópezheld the function of executive director of the National Urban Sanitation Program of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation until March 9 of this year.

The Authority for Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC) was created as an entity attached to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, of an exceptional and temporary nature, in charge of leading and implementing the reconstruction of the areas affected by the 2017 El Niño Coastal Phenomenon.

The device bears the signatures of President Pedro Castillo and the head of the Ministerial Cabinet, Aníbal Torres, respectively.
