The former leader of the National Information Center (CNI), Álvaro Corvalán, published an obituary for the death of Tito Fernández that occurred on February 11, also called “el Temucano”, which confirms the friendship between the two.
For years the friendship between “El Temucano” and the former CNI leader was rumored, which was found in books such as “Guitaring with the CNI” by Pedro Lemebel and “Álvaro Corbalán: The owner of the night”. They detailed letters that Tito Fernández sent to Álvaro Corbalán.
