The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, announced this Tuesday that the deputy for the Bolívar state, Alexis Rodríguez, has been appointed as representative of the AN before the Audit Board in the Venezuelan Corporation of Guyana (CVG).
“Deputy Alexis Rodríguez, president of the Permanent Comptrollership Commission, has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the National Assembly as representative of the AN before the Audit Board in the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana,” he announced during an information point.
At the end of March, the National Anti-Corruption Police began the second phase of the special operation “Caiga quien caiga”, this time in the CVG.
Due to the acts of corruption, the National Government installed an Intervention Board, which is chaired by Héctor Silva and has Major General Alexis Rodríguez Cabello as vice president.
