Abinader leads the delivery of Get Over Yourself cards

The president of the Republic, Louis Abinaderled this Saturday a day of delivery of more than 6,000 Get Over Yourself cards and started the construction of a detachment in The Alcarrizos.

In the activity in which the president was accompanied by the general director of Supérate Gloria Reyes, the first of the 6,741 new cards that will be granted to the beneficiaries in that municipality and in Santo Domingo Oeste until next Monday were delivered, the which have an amount of RD$ 1,650 each.

Upon arrival, President Abinader presented the cards to Miguel Reynoso Tavárez, Ana Celia Jiménez, Rosa Alfonsina De Los Santos and Anaisa González on behalf of the beneficiaries.

He then toured the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where the day is held.

Building a detachment

With a view to reinforcing citizen security in The Alcarrizosthe president gave the first palazo for the reconstruction of the type 2 police detachment in the Los Rieles sector with an investment of more than 13 million pesos.

The structure will have capacity for more than 40 agents, reception, weapons storage, community offices and criminal investigations, among other areas in optimal conditions.

“The President has instructed and initiated the true transformation of the National Police,” said the director of the Presidential Commission to Support Provincial Development, Ángel De La Cruz.

President Louis Abinader also made a supervision visit to the Social Inclusion Conference “First You”, in The Alcarrizos where he asked citizens to take advantage of the services they offer.

“With this program the Government wants to reach all Dominicans with limited resources who need help, do not stop taking advantage of this opportunity,” said the head of state.

Promese-Cal, the Price Stabilization Institute (INESPRE), the National Health Insurance (SeNaSa), the National Disability Council (CONADIS); the National Council for the Elderly (CONAPE), the Ministry of Public Health and the Economic Kitchens.
