(Colombia, the country in Latin America that has best managed the pandemic).

In Bogotá, one of the areas where the number of de caseyes, 8,880 were registered during the last week of June, followed by Valle del Cauca with 3,423 cases, Antioquia (1,960) and Barranquilla (1,942).

The National Institute of Health (INS) stated that in view of this situation, caused by the increase in Omicron lineage BA.5 circulationColombians must take extreme biosecurity measures.
