The PRI parliamentary group in the Chamber of Deputies called the voters to get even on the ballot of Morena, in the face of alleged pressure to take away social programs if they do not vote for their candidates in the six states where governorships will be renewed on Sunday.

The coordinator of tricolor in San Lázaro, Rubén Moreira spoke about the election in Hidalgo, where his wife Carolina Viggiano is a candidate for governor, and stated that in the entity, as well as in Aguascalientes, Durango, Tamaulipas, Oaxaca and Quintana Roo there is a great desperation of the federal government and of Morena, that is why the visits of the secretaries to all the entities.

From his point of view, there is a political struggle throughout the country in which the party in government is characterized by three aspects: the clear intervention of the federal administration, the secretaries and the President, in addition to enormous gender violence against our candidate in Hidalgo and an environment of insecurity.

The legislator considered it inconceivable that reporters sent to Sinaloa would be detained at a checkpoint by armed civilians without government action. On many other occasions we have seen that there are this type of checkpoints, but it is never dismissed. That is worrisome.

According to Moreira, on a tour of the Sierra de Hidalgo, he received complaints from the population that if they attend PRI events, support from Sembrando Vida would be suspended. “I tell everyone: ‘don’t tell them anything, take it out on the ballot, vote for democratic options like Va por México’”.
