Sales grew 13% year-on-year

In February —last record available— there was a total of 2,924 sales of estate in the country, which meant a decrease 20.8% compared to January. However, in the year-on-year comparison, it increased 13.3%, according to INE data.

The departments in which the largest number of purchases were registered were: Montevideo (933), Maldonado (601), Canelones (383), Colonia (167) and Rocha (131).
