Two women and a man were sentenced after being found guilty for the death of two of their children, according to information obtained in the justice system.
One of those who was sanctioned is Yerlisbeth Villalobos (20), sentenced to 18 years in prison after admitting before the 1st Trial Court of Zulia that she threw her newborn daughter into an area of the Casita 1 sector, via Perijá, Jesús municipality Enrique Losada, Zulia; event that caused his death.
The events occurred on February 22, 2019, but the sentence was imposed on May 6, the source explained.
The baby’s body was located by Cicpc agents. The woman was detained at the “Rafael Bello Machín” Maternal and Child Hospital where she was recovering from bleeding.
In another incident, the 1st Trial Court of Amazonas issued a sentence of 11 years, 7 months and 10 days in prison against Juan Alexis Arvelo Guaruya (33) and Chaleliko Saily Barros Abad (24) for their responsibility in the murder of their daughter two years old, a source said.
This fact was revealed on October 27, 2019 when Cicpc agents verified in the morgue of the hospital in Puerto Ayacucho (Amazonas) that the body of the minor presented physical abuse.
