Executive Branch issues decree retires 96 servers in the health sector

Poder Ejecutivo emite decreto pensiona a 96 servidores del sector salud

SANTO DOMINGO.-The Executive Power issued decree number 768-22 which provides for the pension benefit of the Dominican State and retirement of 96 public servants in the health sector due to illness, disability, unemployment and old age.

The pension is granted to public health servants for their commendable work throughout their careers, where many of them dedicated it exclusively to services to the State.

The aforementioned decree establishes that the Retirement and Pensions Directorate will have no more than three months to make the payment of the pensions effective from the date that the pensioner has processed his request for inclusion in the list of pensioners.
