“We are in the Macarao parish, due to some alerts presented, and we have come to solve the problem that arises, as part of the 1×10 of the Good Government. We have the teams deployed attending the ravine, 1,500 meters upstream, we have made a kind of cage to prevent sediment, stones and trees from obstructing the channel of the ravine,” he said.
He explained that a plug obstructed the bed of the El Volcán creek, “exactly about 750 meters from the main avenue, this caused that last Monday the 17th, during the afternoon rains, one of the slopes came and affected the highway. this locality”.
He added that 127 streams in the capital city have been intervened in a comprehensive manner, in a joint effort with the Government Headquarters and the Mayor’s Office of Caracas.
