Court released Tupamaro leader José Pinto

The 6th Trial Court of Caracas granted a precautionary measure to José Pinto, which implies the conditional release of the leader of the Tupamaros party.

According to sources from the justice system, the measure consists of appearing every 15 days before the aforementioned court and being prohibited from leaving the country.

Pinto was charged on June 20, 2020 for intentional homicide qualified with treachery for futile and ignoble reasons, among other crimes.

The political leader is allegedly associated with the murder of the adolescent Giorgio Soto (16), whose shot body was located by Cicpc agents on June 11, 2020, at the La Tupareña farm, located in La Guaira, owned by Pinto, according to investigations. .
