Santo Domingo.- The former Minister of the Armed Forces, Jose Miguel Soto Jimenezconfirmed this Sunday that it is his uncle, landowner Juan José Soto Corniel, murdered along with two employees, on his farm in Rancho Manuel de la Isabela, in western Puerto Plata.
The former soldier said that the reports he has is that it would have been Haitians who committed the triple homicide.
“We reported the tragic news of the murder of my paternal uncle Juan José Soto, along with two of his employees, on his farm in Rancho Manuel de la Isabela… Preliminary reports on the murder of my uncle denounce that Haitians were the ones who killed him, not I have other details, but I am traveling to the site to find out,” the historian wrote on his Twitter account.

Of the other three dead, only the employee Gilberto Basilio was identified, while the identity of the woman has not been offered.
The Haitian who worked with the cattle was said to have disappeared from the scene, while the Policeman investigate his whereabouts.
Agents from the Scientific Police, representatives from the Public Ministry and other investigative bodies appeared at the farm, located in Estero Hondo.
Preliminary versions show that the victims were beheaded.
