Efraín Alegre, presidential candidate for the Coalition, released a video on social networks where he states that the Colorado Party is afraid of the upcoming elections. For this reason, they decided to burn the voting machines in the fire that occurred last Thursday in the Superior Court of Electoral Justice (TSJE).
“They are afraid to vote, they are burning the ballot boxes, because they know that the ballot boxes are going to announce the victory of the Coalition in 2023. We tell them clearly; We are going to enforce the electoral processes, the electoral deadlines. The elections will be held with ballot boxes and on the same day as the law says. In the elections the Paraguayan people will speak out and say through the vote the beginning of a new time for the homeland with health, education and opportunity where we will find happiness with our families, that is what the Coalition is about », he said.
The presidential interns will be on December 18, while the general ones will be on April 30, 2023.
