Security organizations arrested Yonathan Yoel Figueroa Goitica, accused of killing the Barrio Adentro doctor Nardy Carolina Mora Rubios, whose body was dismembered by the subject.
We previously reported that the dismembered body was found inside the “Rafael Guerra Méndez” Educational Unit, located in San Rosa, Valencia (Carabobo). The doctor went to that institution last Wednesday for a day. But upon arrival, the security guard Figueroa Goitia subdued her, according to film records collected by the Cicpc.
As a result of this clue, scientific police teams approached the interior of the Educational Unit and located human remains on Friday night in a piggy and an underground tank.
But this Saturday morning, the technical team, which included Civil Protection personnel, toured part of the Cabriales River, whose current crosses a large part of Valencia. The search covered sectors near the Bolívar Bridge and Michelena Avenue. In those sections they obtained other remains of the doctor’s corpse, according to police sources.
The doctor worked at the “Carmen Norte” Comprehensive Diagnostic Center, located in San Rosa, Valencia, belonging to the Barrio Adentro network.
