The 4th Guarantee Court of Santiago decreed national roots for Ruby Miranda deLucaowner of two rottweiler dogs that attacked a five-year-old girl and her caregiver inside a condominium in the Simón Bolívar sector of La Reina.
Initially, the prosecutor of Flagrancia, Luis Jaramillohad also requested as a precautionary measure the monthly signature of the owner of the dogs, but the court dismissed it.

Case
The dogs escaped from the home of Ruby Miranda de Luca located in a condominium in La Reina, at that moment they attacked the minor and her caregiver, resulting in the former with serious injuries from the bites, for which she had to undergo surgery in the Military Hospital, where she was referred to the ICU room with vital risk.
After the attack, the dogs were not moved from their house, but they are in a secluded place inside the condominium, as reported by the same medium.
The Prosecutor’s Office had 90 days to investigate the case.
Support from the Mayor of La Reina
After what happened, the mayor of La Reina, Jose Manuel Palaciospointed out that they are available to provide all kinds of support to the family through the “La Reina de Defiende” Program.
