A total of 16 subjects, members of three cells of the Tren del Llano criminal organization, were arrested in separate procedures carried out in Valle de la Pascua and Zaraza (Guárico) according to military sources.
In Los Novillos, a rural sector of the Pedro Zaraza municipality, they captured 10 members of the El Demonio group, a nickname given to its leader, Henry José Milano Linero. These people possessed a compressed air weapon, a 6 mm caliber AR-15 rifle replica model, serial number R150500580; a Light Automatic Rifle (FAL) charger; fifty 7.62×39mm caliber cartridges intended for rifles; two cartridges caliber 30-30 mm; a radio transmitter, two telephone sets, a flashlight and different military clothing, says the report prepared by agents attached to Detachment 343 of the Bolivarian National Guard.
In that same rural area that connects several farms, the soldiers had a confrontation with members of the El Demonio cell, one of whom was killed. A Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver was seized at the site.
And in Valle de la Pascua there were six detainees through a controlled delivery procedure, carried out by agents of the National Anti-extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas).
The detainees belong to the “Edgar Mariano” and “Kenni Meza” groups, cells of the Tren del Llano dedicated to collecting vaccines against producers in the area, according to the sources.
The victims of the Tren del Llano receive blackmail messages via Whatsapp sent from international numbers, according to investigations.
